Teumon (תיאומון) is an appointment booking and business management system for businesses in Israel. Clients find a business, see which times are really free and book from one link or a QR code, around the clock and without a phone call. The business owner gets a calendar that updates itself, card payments, automatic reminders, invoices and receipts, and live statistics — all from one page.

1. One company, two brands

תיאומון (Teumon) is the side a client books through. תיאומון לעסקים (Teumon Business) is the side a business owner runs the calendar, payments and invoices from. Both are one service, and both are operated by פיס אפ בע"מ, company no. 515919108. The name is sometimes written Teomon, Tiumon or Teuman, and תיאומון in Hebrew — it is the same site.

2. Who it is for

Any business that works by appointment: barbers and hair salons, manicure and pedicure, lashes and brows, makeup, skincare, waxing, beauty salons, spa and massage, aesthetic clinics, tattoo and piercing studios, medical and dental clinics, fitness studios, yoga and Pilates, dog grooming and opticians. Each type of business has its own page explaining how the system works for it (in Hebrew).

3. What is included

Your own booking page, a calendar for every staff member and every service with their own hours and prices, opening hours and holidays that bookings respect by themselves, group classes with capacity, card payment with a cancellation window and cancellation fees the client agreed to in advance, automatic reminders, tax invoices and receipts with running numbers and VAT, documents for your accountant, product sales, loyalty cards that count visits, live statistics, and sync with Apple Calendar and Google Calendar.
